Description:
Weld-On® White Seal Plus™ is a multi-purpose pipe thread sealant with PTFE :
• Non-setting formula allows easy disassembly of joints without damage to pipe, fittings or threads. Protects threaded areas from rust and corrosion and prevents galling.
• Contains finely homogenized PTFE particles for filling cracks and thread imperfections – ensuring leak-proof seal.
• For sealing and lubricating all metal and plastic threaded pipe connections (ABS, PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, & Nylon)
• No VOC content.
• Potable water safe. Non-toxic. Non-hardening. Lead free
Application:
Weld-On White Seal Plus is designed for sealing and lubricating:
• Metal piping systems carrying air & gasses (compressed, manufactured, natural and steam)
• Metal and plastic piping systems carrying ammonia, brine, acid (diluted), caustic alkalis (diluted), corrosives, freons, fuel (diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, and kerosene), oils, petroleum, propane, solvents, sugar, and water.
• Not recommended for oxygen, fluorine, or liquid sodium systems.

• Certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 14 and 61 for use on potable water, drain, waste, vent and sewer applications
• Listed by IAPMO for compliance with IAPMO PS 36-2014e1 and applicable sections of the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code

Directions:
Store Weld-On White Seal between 20°F and 130°F (-6°C and 54°C). Sealant can be used as low as -50°F (-45°C).
1. Stir before use
2. Ensure threads are clean (free of dirt, oil, moisture, etc.) and made with a good die
3. Apply sealant freely to male threads only
4. Assemble joints. Do not over torque. System may be put in service immediately
